We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic & International Shipping:
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Domestic orders: typically arrive within 3–7 business days

  • International orders: may take 7–21 business days, depending on your country and local customs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order—UNMSQD is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

Returns

We want you to love your skincare. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

To begin a return, contact us at Unmsqdbeauty@gmail.com. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send instructions for returning your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Due to hygiene standards, used or opened products cannot be returned.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible—your satisfaction is our priority.
